Disability Action Yorkshire is a charity that aims to provide solutions for disabled people whatever their aspirations. Harrogate is a fantastic place to live, work and visit, but not everywhere is easily accessible for everyone. The charity is actively campaigning to ensure that Harrogate District becomes truly accessible with no barriers to any person. This will be helpful, not only to the disabled but also to businesses which benefit from improved turnover from locals, tourism and the travel market.
