The Salisbury office are pleased to be able to donate to the Salisbury hospice charity. In 2021, the hospice launched its 40-4-40 club initiative, inviting local businesses to jointly raise £40,000, to celebrate a special birthday when it turned 40.  Gore Browne finalised its pledge earlier this month. The 33 local businesses raised a total of £41,392.

Louise Compton, Corporate Fundraiser for Salisbury Hospice Charity had the following to say:

We are in awe of our 40-4-40 club members, who rallied together in support of the hospice, this was a huge collective effort and we are so grateful to each business, not just for the funds raised but for the time and effort put into their fundraising. It was wonderful to see these businesses come together to support a service that is so vital to individuals within their community.”

The hospice provides high quality, specialist palliative care to those with life limiting conditions. The personalised support is delivered through medical care, emotional and practical support, advice and various therapies.

We look forward to continuing to support the hospice, and the tremendous work which they do, over the coming years.
